On Feb 14 our cruise ship was in Puerto Montt, Chile. Earlier, I had contacted Denis Purtov for a one day Lake District tour. We had an excellent day. Denis was very knowledgeable and his driver knew some shortcuts to get around some road construction. A very relaxing and informative day. | |

Our party of 4 had a fabulous day with Denis. The price was very reasonable for the private tour and it was so much better than the cruise ship tours. We were able to spend extra time at the locations we were most interested in. He took us to see the highlights of the area and had excellent knowledge of everything. Osorno was beautiful...take the trip to the top if the weather permits. Petrohue was spectacular. I would highly recommend Denis. | |

Just returned from the Silver Whisper Valparaiso to BA. Used both ship tours and private ones and can highly recommend two private tours. In Puerto Montt we used Denis Purtov (denis.purtov@gmail.com) He is a charming young man with an extensive knowledge and love of the area. We had hoped to find another couple to join us, since he had large van, a driver, for a cost of the same as the ship wanted for the bus tour...about $400. It turned out to be a fabulous day for us since he took us to at least 13 stops, including a drive to the volcano summit, stopping everywhere we wanted for pictures, etc. No regrets!!! http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1331638 | |

Our group of 4 from Trinidad were treated to an excellent day of touring with Denis. He was professional and courteous and showed us the best spots of the lake region. Avoid high prices, bus corrals and crowds. Thanks Denis. | |

Hallo Denis, vielen Dank fьr die schцnen Touren, die Du mit uns gemacht hast. Es war alles sehr gut organisiert, und sogar das Wetter, welches ja nicht zu beeinflussen ist, war meistens auf unserer Seite. So hatten wir viele Gelegenheiten, uns an den Schцnheiten des Landes zu erfreuen. Auch die Fahrer, mit denen Du zusammen arbeitest, haben ein Lob verdient. Die umsichtige Fahrweise und das Eingehen auf besondere Wьnsche waren super. Da in einem Urlaub ja unmцglich alle Sehenswьrdigkeiten und Naturschцnheiten zu erkunden sind, werden wir uns mit Sicherheit wiedersehen.
